The National Immunisation Program provides free vaccines for students in Year 7 and Year 10.

Consent forms have been sent home and are needed at the Queechy office urgently. If you need a new form, please contact the office (6341 4455) or ask your student to collect one from student window.

 If your student isn't receiving an immunisation at school, we still require the consent form to be signed and returned.
