Our Grade 11/12 Certificate I in Workplace Skills students recently had the fantastic opportunity to visit TasTAFE and take part in an Espresso Essentials course. Students learned the basics of coffee making, from grinding beans to steaming milk and creating that perfect espresso shot — all while building valuable workplace skills in a real-world environment.

A huge thank you to David, our trainer, for sharing his expertise and making the experience both educational and enjoyable.
